Wan-Bissaka was hurt while making a tackle during the game while two-goal hero McTominay limped off late on after hurting his groin.
While they will miss the trip to Merseyside Solskjaer is hopeful that the injuries aren't too long-term, with the Everton game the first of four in 10 days over the festive period.
