A fee of around £34m has been mooted. The report also states that both Arsenal and Chelsea are prepared to enter the fray. Though Arsenal's need for defensive reinforcements have been eased due to the arrival of Jurrien Timber, Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino wants to add to his squad and could move for the defender.
