Manchester Airport issues major update for easyJet passengers flying this week

Manchester Airport has issued a major update for easyJet passengers this week. There’s been a change to the location of departing flights.

easyJet flights will now depart from Terminal 1 Departures B, having previously departed from Terminal 1 Departures A. The change came into force from Wednesday, January 15.

In a statement shared on X, Manchester Airport said: “Travelling with @easyJet from Manchester Airport? “From Wednesday January 15 2025, check-in for all easyJet flights will move from Terminal 1 Departures A, to Terminal 1 Departures B.

This is located on the lower level of the terminal, next to the drop off forecourt.” The change comes as Manchester Airport’s £1.3billion transformation project nears completion this summer which will see the new-look Terminal 2 become the beating heart of the airport, while Terminal 1 will close and the number of airlines operating from Terminal 3 will be reduced.
