Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

Bruno Miguel Borges Fernandes (born 8 September 1994) is a Portuguese footballer who plays for Primeira Liga club Sporting CP and the Portugal national team as a midfielder. Fernandes started his career at Serie B side Novara Calcio and soon featured for Udinese and Sampdoria in Serie A.

In 2017, he signed with Sporting CP where he established himself as one of the best players in the Primeira Liga. He was named the LPFP Primeira Liga Player of the Year in both 2017–18 and 2018–19. In the latter season, he also helped Sporting win the Taça de Portugal. A senior international since 2017, Fernandes represented Portugal at the 2016 Summer Olympics and 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Manchester United have been encouraged to end the "circus" created by the sometimes "diabolical" Paul Pogba. Paul Ince, who twice won the Premier League with United, has highlighted the difference between the Frenchman and new signing Bruno Fernandes.

And he believes that the arrival of the Portuguese midfielder could see the Old Trafford hierarchy cash in on Pogba. The World Cup winner and his agent have been prominent in the media as speculation mounts over whether the 27-year-old will remain in Manchester.

And Ince is adamant that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer cannot take the side forward if Pogba continues to act like he has done this season.
