Eric Bailly claims Ole Gunnar Solskjaer understands Manchester United’s players better than Jose Mourinho ever did. Solskjaer replaced Mourinho as Old Trafford boss in December 2018 and has had mixed success so far.
Mourinho did what he usually does by guaranteeing trophies but there was never much of a feel good factor at the club with him in charge.
Unrest among players and dressing room rifts were the order of the day on numerous occasions when the Portuguese was at the helm.
Bailly reckons Solskjaer’s best aspect is that he is a former player and understands his squad better because of this. And he reckons this is why the Norwegian is starting to turn things around at Old Trafford.
