Manchester United will have to pay even more than Borussia Dortmund’s €120m (£108m) valuation for Jadon Sancho next summer if they don’t fork out the cash this year, according to reports.
Dortmund previously set Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ’s side a deadline of August 10 to meet their valuation before they began their pre-season.
United are reluctant to pay over £80m for the talented winger meaning negotiations between the two parties have come to a halt.The Red Devils do have until the official October 6 transfer deadline to strike a deal with Dortmund with personal terms not a problem.
But German newspaper Bild claim Dortmund are so determined not to budge in their valuation they are prepared to keep Sancho until next season when his price will.
