Manchester United are considering changing their approach over Jadon Sancho following their failed attempts to sign him in the summer transfer window.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was desperate to sign the England international after a stunning season with Borussia Dortmund. In 32 Bundesliga appearances, he scored 17 and assisted a further 16 but the German club demanded £109m for his services.United refused to go that high and Dortmund told them to forget about any agreement over the summer.
But Sancho has failed to hit the heights of last season and has not even scored in the league so far. It has led to Old Trafford officials believing that they have dodged a bullet over the 20-year-old.
