Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer claims Liverpool tried to sign him before he made the move to Manchester United in 1996. The Norwegian went on to become a club legend at Old Trafford and is remembered most fondly for his winning goal in the Champions League final against Bayern Munich.

He scored 126 in 366 games for the Red Devils over an 11 season period and now of course manages the 13-time Premier League champions.

The striker made his name at Norwegian side Molde and his success there led him to be linked to several clubs, as well as United.
