Manchester United have been in contact with Juventus over the past few days to discuss a potential swap deal involving Paul Pogba, according to reports in Italy.
Daily Star Sport understands United have refused to trigger the 12 month extension in Pogba’s current contract, which is due to expire in the summer of 2021.
The Red Devils are ready to finally offload him when the summer transfer window opens, with both Juve and Real Madrid being touted as his potential next destination.
Pogba, who has made just eight appearances for United this term, spent four successful years in Turin before returning to Old Trafford in 2016.
