Manchester United have received fresh hope of selling Victor Lindelof this summer with Eintracht Frankfurt eyeing a move for the Swedish defender.
Following the arrival of Matthijs de Ligt this week, pressure has intensified at Old Trafford to sell Lindelof this summer to recoup some money back for their Financial Fair Play (FFP) commitments.
MEN Sport understands the Reds have been actively looking to sell the 30-year-old due to his contract running out at the end of next year.
While Lindelof is not in hot water with the powers that be, he is seen as a player who would not be offered a new deal in 2025 so the time is now to recoup some money.
