Man 'shot' outside supermarket as 'armed police rush to utter chaos' in street

dailystar.co.ukYorkshireLive. Witnesses described it as a "scene of chaos" after the incident unfolded at around 5pm on Monday night. Photos from the scene also show a white police tent close to the supermarket and near to a bus stop, as well as multiple police vehicles.
Yorkshire Ambulance also sent various resources to the incident, but according to claims by witnesses a victim died despite desperate attempts to revive him.South Yorkshire Police have said: "Police were called to Wath Road, Mexborough, at 4.46pm today (Monday) following reports of a shooting.“Officers are currently at the scene as investigations continue.“Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any information which may help the investigation, is asked to call 101 quoting incident.
