A man was stabbed during a mass brawl outside a pub. Officers were called to reports of a group of people fighting outside the Railway Tavern in Rawtenstall yesterday afternoon.
Lancashire Police said it is believed at least one of those fighting was armed with a knife. A 24-year-old man suffered a suspected stab wound.
He was rushed to hospital, and his condition is said to be non life-threatening. In a statement, Lancashire Police said: "We’re appealing for information and witnesses after a serious assault in Rawtenstall.
