Rovester Ingram entered the mini supermarket without a mask and was reportedly confronted by an unnamed 70-year-old man who asked him to social distance.
Police said Ingram allegedly followed the man outside and began hitting him in the car park of the Citago petrol station. It is alleged the man tried to rush back inside the shop where Ingram continued his attack by shoving him to the floor and dragging him by his hair.
