A man was left furious after being fined £160 for driving the 'wrong car' on a family trip. He's now refusing to pay the fine because he says it was a 'silly mistake'.
Scott Corben has slammed Premier Parking Solutions (PPS) after they added a further £100 to his fine after he chose not to pay the original penalty.
However, PPS has accused Scott of "seeking preferential treatment over other motorists". But the family's evening out became slightly more expensive than first anticipated when Scott accidentally paid for the wrong car when using the parking payment app RingGo.
