Man charged after couple robbed of their car in Kilmarnock

A man has been arrested in relation to an Ayrshire car robbery, police have confirmed this afternoon.The 31-year-old has also been charged in connection with the incident that saw a couple's vehicle stolen in Kilmarnock early last month.The alleged incident took place at around 6.25pm on Wednesday, January 5 in Low Glencairn Street at the junctions of Maggie’s Bar and Kitchen and the Lidl Supermarket.The man is due to appear in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court today.
