A man from Salford has been charged in connection with an alleged £80,000 burglary in Cheshire. Police investigating a raid at a business premises in Birchwood, near Warrington, have charged Jonathan Dougan.
Cheshire Constabulary say the 34-year-old of Stanton Avenue, Lower Kersal, Salford, was arrested at around 7am on February 9.
He was then taken into custody for questioning. READ MORE:'Real fear' on the streets of Greater Manchester's 'carjacking capital' Dougan has since been charged with burglary and remanded in custody to appear at Warrington Magistrates Court today (February 10).
The burglary occurred at around 9.10pm on Sunday August 15 last year at a business premises on Birchwood Boulevard with numerous computers and phones being taken.
