Manchester City are waiting to see if they get another bid for Ederson after rejecting a £25m offer from Al-Nassr. The Saudi Pro League have been keen to land the City No.1 as a marquee signing this summer, and Al-Ittihad had previously expressed strong interest.
With encouragement that the player could be open to the move, Al-Nassr approached City with an offer of £25m but were knocked back.
While City allow any player to leave for the right price, they have a higher valuation of Ederson and must also consider the consequences of selling their best goalkeeper.
Stefan Ortega could step up to be No.1 after impressing last season when he filled in for the Brazilian, but the Blues would need to change their transfer plans and bring another keeper in.
