Manchester City pair Erling Haaland and Nathan Ake trained with the group ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash at home to Liverpool.
The Blues pair have both been doubts for the lunchtime kick-off after withdrawing from international duty for their respective nations.
Ake missed the 4-4 draw at Chelsea before the break due to an unspecified injury. Haaland was with Norway but suffered a recurrence of the ankle issue that saw him forced off against Bournemouth at the start of the month.
He finished the game against the Faroe Islands, a 2-0 win, but did not feature against Scotland on Sunday.
