Manchester City and Liverpool could land themselves a Champions League 'group of death' when the draw takes place on Thursday.
The draw for the group stage of Europe's premier club competition takes place in Istanbul, Turkey, at 5pm BST on Thursday evening.
Clubs from across the continent are on tenterhooks about who they will face, not least City and Liverpool. Pep Guardiola's side are in pot one after winning the Premier League last term, while Jurgen Klopp's Reds find themselves in pot two after finishing runners-up behind the Cityzens.
Although they can't face each other in the group stage, they could be drawn against some of Europe's other big hitters.READ MORE: Win 2 tickets to watch England vs Germany in Nations League action at Wembley StadiumCity are guaranteed to avoid the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
