Man charged over 'offensive and indecent' message sent to MP Angela Rayner

A man is due to appear in court after being charged with sending an 'offensive and indecent' message to MP Angela Rayner. David Perry, 66, from Surrey, has been charged with sending a grossly offensive message and an indecent message under Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said in a statement issued this afternoon (Tuesday, March 21).
