"New has been given a fine of £307, £34 victim surcharge, £110 costs to Wiltshire Police and his licence endorsed with six points."We’d like to thank the member of the public who came forward to report the incident and for the dashcam footage."Viewers, however, said the man should have his driving licence removed.One said: "Bear in mind he made a conscious decision to jump the red light and endanger a child's life.
