MAMA June has hit the beaches in Florida with her personal trainer as she continues to improve her physical and mental health.
The reality star was pictured at Jensen Beach on the east coast of the Sunshine State, as she remains determined to lose 45lbs through yoga, walking and running.
June, a mom-of-four, has reportedly "been focusing on her fitness to try and shed some of the pounds she put on." Sources said that she ha been "doing a lot of yoga and jogging in the mornings on the beach," and she has "been training everyday with her close friend artist Adam Barta." With the help of a personal trainer and a strict diet, June - who once weighed 462 lbs - managed to get her weight down to 132 lbs.
