Married At First Sight star Polly Sellman has proudly shown off her incredible 2.5st weight loss since leaving the show. Polly hasn’t had the easiest of rides with her husband Adam, with the couple having an explosive argument at the final dinner party, causing them to both storm out.

Polly is now thriving after the show, as she’s taken to Instagram to show off her impressive weight loss.The star posted a stunning photo of herself posing in the mirror wearing a black swimsuit, with a cut out detailing as she enjoys a getaway with friends.

Captioning the photo, she penned: "Hot tub afternoon." In good spirits, the reality star could be seen beaming for the camera, as she could be seen raising her hand in the air and posing with a peace sign.

In another snap, Polly can be seen enjoying her getaway to Center Parcs as she relaxes in the hot tub. It comes a month after the star revealed the secret to her two stone weight loss.
