Music icon Madonna has defended herself against a social media troll. The Material Girl hitmaker, 62, hit out at the keyboard warrior who blasted the musician for uploading a video of the death of Daunte Wright onto her Instagram page and for penning a caption calling for gun control in America.
Madonna was prompted to upload the clip following the death of 20-year-old Daunte – who was shot by police in Minnesota last weekend.
The clip - which the star flagged up as sensitive content - was called "deeply upsetting", "infuriating" and "unacceptable" by Madonna and she went on to call for gun control in the USA and for police brutality to end.
