mirror.co.ukPolice officers dug up the former allotment of the prime suspect in the Madeleine McCann case in search of photos they believe he may have buried there.
In July Germany investigators brought in diggers to excavate the garden of Christian Brueckner. The convicted sex offender is now the prime suspect in the Maddie disappearance case following a police appeal for information earlier this year.
The dig at his former allotment near Hanover, Germany was sparked by an investigation into the disappearance of five-year-old Inga Gehricke, The Sun reported.
A previous search of a farmhouse in Neuwegersleben near Braunschweig in connection with that investigation uncovered child porn images.
