Zara McDermott has confessed she treated herself to a boob job just before the Christmas period.The 24-year-old, who worked in politics before she ditched her career to become an influencer following her Love Island fame, recalled her surgery while speaking to her 1.5million followers on her official Instagram Story.Sam Thompson's girlfriend, who also stars on Made In Chelsea, admitted she was nervous to confess to having the work done, but she bravely didn't hold back.She insisted that she only got the operation done 12 weeks ago and therefore was "waiting until I was happy and confident with the results" to share with her impressionable fan base.During a Q&A, she opened up after one fan asked her if she has had a boob job and accused her.
