Love Island contestant Tasha Ghouri has been hailed as a "young Kate Moss" by show bosses ahead of the new series. The model and dancer is one of the crop of singles entering the villa for the upcoming series of the hit ITV dating show, which starts in June.And those behind the programme predict that Tasha – who will be the show's first ever deaf contestant - is going to make a splash.Executive producer Mike Spencer told the Daily Star: "She's an amazing girl - so funny, she reminds me of a young Kate Moss."She's one of the girls you just think, 'OMG you're amazing'."Tasha was born deaf and has a cochlear implant, which means that she can now hear out of one ear."We've got provisions in terms of waterproof ones but she calls it her super power," said Mike.The blonde, who is from Thirsk, has said that her dating life has been a bit of a "shambles" in the past and that she is hoping that she will find The One on Love Island."I'm definitely ready for a relationship," she said."I'm 23 now so I'm ready to get to know someone, go on holidays and travel with them."Tasha also teased that if her friends and family were asked to describe her they would probably say she is "wild"."I can get very wild on a night out, I'm definitely a party animal," she said."I love my prosecco and to have a dance - I'm always on the dance floor."She added that they would also say she is "inspirational" because of my hearing and cochlear implant."I inspire quite a lot of people because I'm really open about it," she explained.Love Island starts at 9pm on Monday 6th June on ITV2 and ITV Hub.Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
