The medical PA captioned the photo "Sista sista (@lilipiperx is out yet again".) The pair hugged each other tightly in the selection of photos with one of them showing Sophie sticking her tongue out and showing off her cute dimples.
Several of Sophie's fellow Islanders including pal Leanne Amaning, Nas Majeed and twins Eve and Jess Gale dropped love heart emojis in the comments.
