His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present).
Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

The starlet appeared on the hit ITV show in 2019 and was paired with professional skater Alexader Demetriou.Taking to Twitter on Sunday night as the Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield hosted show returned after a week break, Maura, 30, moaned the scoring was too high.In a swipe at the judging panel which consists of skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean as well as John Barrowman and Ashley Banjo, the starlet tweeted: "The basic skating will will get you a 9.5 this year." Maura's post was quickly met with a flurry of replies from fans – with many of them agreeing with her claim.
