Love Island fans call out 'backstabbing' in the villa as tensions rise

On Sunday night’s edition of the show, the villa was full of sneaky gossiping behind the Islanders backs, as Casey’s ongoing row with Ron continued to rumble on following the outcome of the Couple’s Poll challenge on Friday.
During the challenge, Shaq queried whether Ron only made Lana his girlfriend because everyone likes her.The suggestion prompted Ron to discuss the challenge and accusations of game playing, as he spoke at the mini fire pit about his experience of watching Love Island as a viewer.
Casey was left fuming during the challenge, after Ron told Rosie, his current love interest, that Casey prioritised his time with the boys over her.
