Lorraine's confession came after Dr Hilary appeared on Lorraine's ITV daytime show today to reassure viewers about the deadly virus which has almost spread globally.
He told viewers: "In an ideal world you would self protect family and wider public at large by self-isolating." It then led Lorraine to use her daughter as an example of someone who is self-isolating after feeling unwell while in a foreign county.
