Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have agreed to plead guilty, the US Department of Justice has announced, amid the college admissions scandal.
Pending a judge's approval, an agreement has been made in which Lori will admit to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, while Mossimo will plead guilty to the same, as well as honest services wire and mail fraud.
This would land Lori behind bars for two months, and Mossimo for five. Actress Lori would also have to pay $150,000, being placed on supervised release for two years with 100 hours of community service.
Fashion designer Mossimo's fine, meanwhile, would be $250,000, while he'd also have two years of supervised release and a total of 250 hours of community service.
