Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the college admissions cheating scandal. The two appeared before a federal judge via video conference on 22 May, but the judge said he couldn’t accept the pleas until he sees their pre-sentencing reports from the Massachusetts Probation Service.
Mossimo pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and honest services wire and mail fraud. Lori, on the other hand, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud.
The actress rocked from side-to-side during the hearing and spoke to her lawyer, occasionally forgetting to unmute her microphone.
