The apartment has five bedrooms and a massive 1900 square foot outdoor terrace. The building features a private courtyard, a library, billiards room and a wellness level with a swimming pool, among other features.
The purchase was made by a New Haven, Connecticut-based trust, but the buyer is not known at this time. If you don’t know, Tom and his family have been relocating to Florida, where he now plays football for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
