Liverpool have provided fitness updates on skipper Jordan Henderson, summer signing Kostas Tsimikas and England international Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain The trio, 30, 24 and 27 respectively, are currently on the sidelines with thigh and knee injuries respectively.
It was thought that Henderson, who tweaked his thigh in the Reds' 2-0 win over Chelsea, would be fit for Thursday's Carabao Cup clash with Arsenal.
The Merseysiders, however, have no intention of rushing him back too early and intend to re-evaluate his condition on Friday.
