Line Of Duty welcomes a new face when the hit cop drama returns to TV screens on Sunday night.But newcomer Shalom Brune-Franklin has revealed she deliberately stayed tight-lipped when auditioning for the show in case she got interrogated in real life.Shalom joins AC-12 regulars Vicky McClure, Martin Compston and Adrian Dunbar for the sixth series of the popular anti-corruption police drama.She plays DC Chloe Bishop and was “buzzing” when she discovered she’d landed the role.“I didn’t tell anyone I was up for the part, as my friends and family would have started interrogating me,” Shalom confessed to the Radio Times.“Everyone waiting to audition was buzzing.
