Ian Evatt believes Bolton Wanderers 'limit the risk' associated with making signings in the transfer window and is hoping they can bring in more positive acquisitions after their January successes.

Wanderers made a total of seven signings in the last transfer window and many have been positives. Kieran Sadlier too became more involved from the start of games as the season drew nearer to its conclusion, while Kyle Dempsey has featured but there is perhaps more to come from him after injuries have limited his time on the pitch.

James Trafford and Marlon Fossey arrived on loan from Manchester City and Fulham respectively and both impressed during their time at the club in the second half of the season, with Wanderers keen to have them back for the 2022/23 campaign.
