Liam James Payne (born 29 August 1993) is an English singer and songwriter.
He rose to fame as a member of the boy band One Direction.
Payne made his debut as a singer when he auditioned for the British television series The X Factor in 2008. After being eliminated as a solo performer, he auditioned again in 2010 and was put into a group with four other contestants to form One Direction

Authorities in Argentina initially released a preliminary autopsy report on Thursday afternoon (October 17) and several hours later, more details were unveiled in the post-autopsy report. Liam passed away at the age of 31 on Wednesday (October 16) after falling from the third floor of his Argentina hotel room.
The initial report confirmed that Liam “may have fallen in a state of semi or total unconsciousness” before the fall and that he suffered from 25 injuries from the tragic accident.
Rolling Stone revealed that the report states that Liam “died of multiple traumas, internal and external bleeding, and a cranial injury as a result of his fall.” The post-autopsy report revealed further details about what happened in the fall. Keep reading to find out more… “The circumstances of the case are being investigated as a ‘questionable death,’ although everything indicates that the musician was alone when the fall occurred, and was going through some type of outbreak from substance abuse,” the report said.
