Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
Liam Gallagher
William John Paul Gallagher (born 21 September 1972) is an English singer and songwriter. He rose to fame as the lead singer of the rock band Oasis in the 1990s and 2000s, and later fronted the rock band Beady Eye in the early 2010s, before beginning a solo career after the dissolution of both bands. One of the most recognisable figures in British music, he is noted for his outspoken and abrasive manner; penchant for wearing parkas; distinctive singing style, in which he elongates vowels; and signature stance on stage, which consists of him holding his arms behind his back and singing up into a downward-facing microphone.

Comedian Mike Newall had Britain's Got Talent judges laughing with his deadpan routine, and Simon Cowell commented that he reminded him of a certain rock and roll star.

Mike, from Cheadle, entertained the judging panel and audience at The Lowry theatre with his jokes about bath bombs. At first Mike wondered how the crowd would receive him, saying: "It's a northern crowd hopefully they'll like what I do." Unfortunately they didn't exactly warm to his stinging opening joke about a break-up. "We were in a serious relationship.
