Lewis Capaldi made one fan's day after inviting the teenager on stage to perform a duet with him. The West Lothian singer, 26, is currently embarking on a mini-tour of intimate gigs across the UK where he will perform some new songs as well as a Q&A session for the small crowd.
He took to the stage at the Marble Factory in Bristol on Wednesday and invited one lucky fan to sing Someone You Loved alongside him.
Yasmine Kabbara-Dolby, 17, attended the Bristol show accompanied by a banner that read: “I met you four years ago, please can I sing with you?” The lucky teen sang Someone You Loved alongside Lewis on stage as the song holds a special place in her heart after her mum's partner had a double lung transplant.
Speaking to BBC about the experience, Yasmine said: “It was the most surreal experience in my life. It was a nagging feeling in the back of my mind that I really wanted it to happen but I didn’t expect it to.“The thing that scared me the most wasn’t the 2,000 people watching but singing in front of Lewis Capaldi.
