Lewis Capaldi brought Radio 1’s Big Weekend to a close in truly epic style. The Scottish singer-songwriter was part of an epic line-up for this year’s festival in Dundee, playing alongside the likes of Anne-Marie, the Jonas Brothers, Raye, and Saturday night headliners The 1975.
Also on the bill were Thirty Seconds To Mars, who were originally due to play yesterday, before technical difficulties led to a change in scheduling.
With Lewis being one of the biggest artists in the UK at the moment and having just released his second album, it’ll come as no surprise at all that he received a spectacular reception from the crowd of 80,000 revellers.
The Someone You Loved hitmaker, 26, had the audience belting out his biggest hits, including the recent chart-topper Forget Me.
