Lewis Capaldi has delighted fans by announcing a surprise gig in Edinburgh taking place on Tuesday.The West Lothian singer, 26, will take to the stage at the O2 Academy Edinburgh for an acoustic performance and Q & A session with Daniel Sloss.
It comes after Lewis released his highly anticipated second album Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent to rave reviews from fans.Lewis performed two intimate acoustic gigs over the weekend which were accompanied by a Q+A session at Fat Sam's in Dundee ahead of his headlining slot at Radio 1's Big Weekend in the city next weekend.
The star also held another gig at Glasgow's SWG3 where he opened up about his worst gig experience.Lewis recalled a time he was dropped by a promoter after no-one turned up to a gig just two years before his big break.
He told fans: "It was the worst feeling in the world, as I got told we sold no tickets and we basically wouldn't be booked again."Cut to two years later, and I'm selling ALL the tickets.
