Caroline Flack
Caroline Louise Flack (born 9 November 1979) is an English radio and television presenter. She began her career as an actress, starring in Bo' Selecta! in 2002 and has since presented various ITV2 spin-off shows such as I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! from 2009 until 2010 and The Xtra Factor from 2011 until 2013.
Flack won the twelfth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and the following year began presenting main series such as Love Island and The X Factor replacing long-standing presenter Dermot O'Leary.

Laura Whitmore (born 4 May 1985) is an Irish presenter and actress, known for presenting I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! and Survival of the Fittest. In January 2020, Whitmore is set to present Love Island and its spinoff series, Love Island: Aftersun.

ok.co.ukLaura Whitmore has reportedly signed a deal to return as the presenter for the summer series of Love Island.The TV presenter, who replaced Caroline Flack as the host before her tragic death earlier this month, is said to have negotiated a deal to stay as the presenter of the ITV2 dating show.
According to The Sun, Laura has “sealed a £1million deal” after impressing show bosses and viewers of the programme. The 34-year-old is now said to be fronting the summer and winter series.
A source said: “Laura was an instant hit on Love Island, and when the winter series wrapped, the producers knew straight away they wanted her back.
