A Lanarkshire MSP is urging her constituents to shop local this winter to help small businesses facing many challenges. It comes on the back of Small Business Saturday which was celebrated on Saturday, December 3.Clydesdale MSP Máiri McAllan stressed that "there has never been a more important time to shop local whenever you can" in highlighting the pressures facing small businesses trying to recover from the pandemic, tackle the challenges of Brexit and meet the cost of living pressures.
