The country band formerly known as Lady Antebellum is suing a blues singer over the use of the name Lady A - despite her claiming to have used it for 20 years.
The band said they were taking action against Anita White after talks apparently broke down when her team allegedly demanded a $10million (£7.8m) payment.
Band members Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, announced last month they were changing their name to Lady A following the Black Lives Matter movement which was sparked by the death of George Floyd.
