Labour MP, Sheffield City Region Mayor and former paratrooper Dan Jarvis has seen the horrors of war... but they were nothing compared to the grief of losing his wife at just 43. Here in an exclusive extract from his new book, Long Way Home, he recalls some moments that helped shape him...
