Lauryn Goodman has revealed that her son with Kyle Walker is "starting to understand" the distressing family situation and keeps querying his dad's absence.
The 33 year old mum spoke candidly to Closer magazine about how she's coping with their two youngsters over the festive period amid a torrid scandal that has entangled Walker, herself, and the footballer's ex-wife, Annie Kilner.Lauryn, who rose to fame on Celebs Go Dating, gave birth to their daughter Kinara in August 2023, not long after divulging to Annie that Walker was the father, while Annie was expecting another of the footballer's children.
After a lost legal battle for financial support from the Manchester City defender earlier in the year, Lauryn still holds out hope for reconciliation, stating: "I'm hopeful their dad will come back to them and continue to build his relationship with them."She went on to add: "I hope for Kyle's sake it's sooner rather than later because Kairo is starting to understand now.
He asks for his daddy and he's starting to realise that maybe it's his choice (not to be around)."Lauryn also shared her struggle with maintaining a facade, admitting: "I always say that Daddy is busy playing football, but he's not believing my excuses anymore." Annie was married to Walker for two years before reports emerged early in 2024 suggesting she needed "some time away" from him.
