Kristin Chenoweth Signs With UTA
deadline.comKristin Chenoweth, the Emmy- and Tony-winning singer-actor who will return to Broadway this fall in The Queen of Versailles musical, has signed with UTA for representation in all areas.
Chenoweth’s career has spanned across film, television, voice-over, music, and theater. Widely known for her Tony-nominated performance as the original Glinda the Good Witch in Wicked, Chenoweth would go on to win the Tony for her role in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown.
For her performance in On the Twentieth Century she won an Outer Critics Choice Award and Drama Desk Award. The Queen of Versailles will begin performances at Broadway’s St.
James Theatre on October 8, with an official press opening on November 10. Chenoweth will star as beauty queen, socialite, and TV personality Jacqueline “Jackie” Siegel in the musical based on the 2012 documentary The Queen of Versailles.
