Kraftwerk have announced details of a new ‘Multimedia’ tour, which is set to take place across North American next spring.Legendary electro pioneer Ralf Hütter and co.
will be returning to the US to celebrate an upcoming milestone for the band: 50 years since they shared their breakthrough album ‘Autobahn’.It also commemorates five decades since they first embarked on their tour of North America, which took place back in 1975.In total, 27 dates have been lined up for March and April 2025, and the tour kicks off with an opening night at the Franklin Music Hall in Philadelphia on March 6.
This is followed by shows in Toronto, Montreal, Boston, New York, Miami, Nashville and more throughout the remainder of the month.From there, the tour continues throughout April – beginning in Denver on April 2, and continuing through with gigs in Portland, Vancouver, Indio, Salt Lake City, and more.
It wraps up with two back-to-back nights in Texas. The first is at the Bass Concert Hall in Austin on April 23, and the second is at the Majestic Theater in Dallas the following night (24).“Bringing together music, visuals and performance art, Kraftwerk concerts are a true ‘Gesamtkunstwerk – a total work of art’,” reads a press release.
