The sexy star was in her garden doing weight training. Wearing a crop top and yoga pants, fitness fanatic Kirsty revealed the workout had been tough.
She wrote next to her snaps: "Don’t let the smile fool you, this session was tough!" Kirsty then went on to encourage her fans to get exercising, telling them they "won't regret it." The TV star regularly posts her workout videos which showcase her incredible figure.
